3 Things I Learned Building a Social App for Indian gamers and game devs 1. Getting gamers and devs to care is harder than coding. You can build clean UI, smooth UX, and even seed solid content but if it doesn’t instantly feel like their space, they’ll scroll past.People dont join products, they join communities, stories, movements. Still learning how to speak their language without trying too hard. 2. You dont need ₹10L funding. You need momentum.I started without a team, investor, or fancy setup. Just one belief: Indian devs and gamers deserve a space to showcase, connect and grow.Building small. Shipping early. Talking to real users. That’s my strategy. 3.
