3 Things I Learned Building a Social App for Indian gamers and game devs 1. Getting gamers and devs to care is harder than coding. You can build clean UI, smooth UX, and even seed solid content but if it doesn’t instantly feel like their space, they’ll scroll past.People dont join products, they join communities, stories, movements. Still learning how to speak their language without trying too hard. 2. You dont need ₹10L funding. You need momentum.I started without a team, investor, or fancy setup. Just one belief: Indian devs and gamers deserve a space to showcase, connect and grow.Building small. Shipping early. Talking to real users. That’s my strategy. 3. Its lonely, but clarity keeps me going. Most days no one claps. No feedback. No virality. But I still show up because I’ve seen the gap, and I know this matters. Not trying to be a unicorn. Just building something real, brick by brick If you’re building something for Indian creators, gamers, or devs—DM me. Lets talk, not pitch

Got some honest feedback recently - "No market for gamer-focused social apps" or "Just use Discord." Fair. But here’s the thing: Gamers in India today are not just players. They're devs, streamers, artists, modders, testers, reviewers and there's no
