This was one insane hackathon! šŸ’„ āš ļø Warning: Long post ahead + lots of amazing people tagged (and rightfully so!) 😬 First off, huge thanks to all the brilliant participants who showed up! Out of 60 registrations, 58 arrived in person and the talent in the room was unreal. I honestly need to do a separate post just to highlight the mind-blowing projects they built. But today’s post is about *heroes behind the scenes* because the number of people who worked to make this event happen is just as insane as the hackathon itself! Running an event with so many moving parts, rules, and live logistics isn’t easy but thanks to the incredible teams at PCB CUPID and LionCircuits we pulled it off https://events.pcbcupid.com/ šŸŽØ Design & Planning Shoutout to Samriddhi Tiwari the creative mind behind everything visual! From wristbands and ID cards to T-shirts and every single post/video are just stunning. šŸŽ¤ Content & Hosting Massive thanks to Prajwal Suresh Kurtkoti our voice, host, and the go-to person for participants. From videos to stage presence, every single interaction šŸ› ļø Ground Operations Keerti Reddy, JC Basavaraju, Vishnu Sreeram, Dhruthi Sridhar They were the engine room. From drafting instruction sheets to setting up the venue, handling participants, and executing 70% of the hackathon and brought the plan to life. šŸ—ļø Venue Setup @Rahul Mulakuri, Girish B Doni, Shwetha. They literally turned the office into a hackathon venue overnight! Stayed till 1 AM to make it happen. And of course, thank you Murali Srinivasa for letting us flip the office upside down just for the hackathon. šŸ¤ Volunteers & Media Crew From hospitality to media coverage, our volunteers nailed it. Big love to: Vaibhav B J, Manish, Shravana H S, Karthik E, Bhupendra Kumar, Shaym, Dhanush They made it look effortless! šŸ± Food & Coordination Timing was everything when it came to meals and Kushal, Rohit Manjunath made sure everyone was fed on time (every time). Kept the energy levels high! šŸ›’ Live Shop System A huge thank you to Subhash Choudhary .. , CTO of DukaanĀ® for letting us use their platform to power our live component ordering system: https://dukaan.pcbcupid.com/ Importantly the CEO of LionCircuits Murali Srinivasa himself was part of the live shop, helping us ship components to the participant with complete purchase pipeline just like a real world ecommerce! šŸŽ“ Judges Despite packed schedules, our incredible judges made time: Subhash Choudhary .. , Prithvi Raj Narendra , Giridhar Raju, thank you for lending your expertise and energy! šŸ™‹ā€ā™‚ļø Finally, a little self shoutout... Still can’t believe what a *monster* we built at @pcbcupid a dev board so easy, even a 7-year-old could use it, and still powerful enough to impress seasoned pros (who gave lots of feedback, of course šŸ˜…). But in the end they loved it. And that’s what matters ā¤ļø
