As the saying goes ā never chase ideas, chase problems. Thatās exactly what led me here. Over the past few weeks, Iāve been thinking about how small startup teams like mine stay in sync. Slack threads get lost. Standups feel forced. Accountability becomes heavy. Pulse Loop is my attempt at solving this. A simple, focused app for: ā Async daily check-ins ā Lightweight task sharing ā Shared streaks that build team rhythm No clutter. No pressure. Just clarity. Last week, I kicked things off: ā Project folder structure done ā Expo Router set up for clean navigation ā NativeWind configured (Tailwind for React Native ā Iām never going back) That blank screen ā now shows who hasnāt checked in yet. Small, but foundational. This time, Iām building in public ā not because I have it all figured out, but because I donāt. And thatās what makes it worth sharing. š Letās Pulse.
