Started my journey towards freedom, fitness and a fulfilled life yesterday. Here is what I understand in past 24hrs :- 1. I really just care about 4 things in my lifetime: - an energetic body with a confident mind - high quality lifestyle with time freedom - few close friends & life long experiences - 1 great innovation (life’s work) 2. Few new learnings (no fixed beliefs and will improve with time) - strength matters (money, power, fame, beauty, privilege, talent, relationships) even if i am humble & dumb - past define my identity but it doesn’t exist, future has promise but doesn’t exist, there is only now where i exist 3. My next few moves - build consistency in my day to day life: eat, sleep, train, self-care, socialize, read, work, relax… as nowadays all good goals are long term - founder mode begins (polish my rusty tech skills, understand the biz landscape, read about other solo founders…) - - - P.S. What game will you play with this one precious life of yours?
