Scored 59.8% in 10th, 58% in 12th and 77%in B.pharma.. how much %ille required to get good IMS like lIM (Rohtak, Raipur). And how much my academic cause problem during IIM selection and specially during placement? or what I should do?

Just got my 12th results pcm aggr 60% and overall 71%, how much is the need of class 12th marks? And what do campuses seek while offering placements overall percentage or PCM aggr?!
