hey guys check out my startup website Neebys https://www.neebys.com I want to share my experience on building it , this idea is outdated, spent 3 years on it and realized it the hard way but I'm iterating it into version 2 version 1 is the website your seeing, version 2 will be bit different I realized that building a multi vendor store is not just building a website or doing things on tech side, it's just 10% to 20% work, actually the logistics part is the hardest to crack!!! failed badly their but I still feel their is a huge market in getting local stores online in India Things I learnt in this journey 1. Adaptability - I learnt coding and really enjoyed building my product, I'm non tech background guy 2. Be neutral - Can't really say which one works so being too optimistic or too pessimistic is actually bad 3. Resilience- I have never been this hard skinned in life before 4. Motivation - never works!!! And many more but I feel these are most important points
