Multi-vendor support is actually interesting if it's not an afterthought. Shopify Plus is insanely expensive for marketplace features. But can you handle the complexity of payments, commissions, and vendor management from day one?

Webflow is already pretty good for what it does. The real problem is hosting costs and CMS limitations. If you can solve the pricing issue without sacrificing performance, you might have something. But this market is CROWDED.

Shopify's transaction fees are criminal and their app ecosystem is a money grab. Every basic feature needs a $30/month plugin. But honestly, "Shopify + Webflow + CMS" sounds like feature creep waiting to happen. Focus on ONE thing first.
