Building Snippetz la... • 1m

Getting my first 100 users for Snippetz Labs was, in fact, simpler than most people think. I just used what I already had— an existing audience Before Snippetz Labs, I ran a content platform called Snippetz. Thanks to that, I had a small but engaged audience on Instagram and LinkedIn. When I launched StudySpace, I didn’t just post once—I reposted it multiple times across platforms for days. Every time I reposted, I got new traction. Consistency works. My friends, family, and even relatives started reposting, which expanded my reach even more. Just through this, I hit my first 70-80 users. I also posted on Product Hunt, and while it didn’t bring thousands of users, it gave me a few quality users and feedback. One thing I learned—not every user is a perfect user, but every new sign-up helps you learn and iterate. The biggest game-changer was writing in a personal tone. I wasn’t selling; I was telling my story—why I built StudySpace, the problems I faced, and how it helped me. People connect with people, not products. This personal approach built trust. One thing I always keep in mind is the user interface. People always judge by the visuals first—whether it’s an app, a product, or a brand. So I made sure the UI of my website and the app looked exceptionally good from day one. This is something I still stick to with every product I launch. Every app I build has its own unique, distinctive UI, and it honestly makes a huge difference. A good, clean design instantly builds trust and massively improves how people respond to the product.
