They are organising Webinars in the name of training for SRMs . Its a process of brainwashing to launch Franchises. Their target is to brainwash candidates to pay for the franchises. Those who bring in Franchise Leads and successful onboarding of Franchises may be will be appointed as SRM in Real. Also they asked me for my PAN Card & Aadhar Card. Possibly there are chances to misuse those for their own tax benefits. HRs are reckless and dont follow procedures as mentioned by Vaarun the Head HR in these SRM training sessions
