Here’s how it works: - Client clicks “Pay” - Razorpay processes payment and sends a webhook - Our system receives the webhook, stores the order in our database, and triggers a confirmation email - Result? Zero manual work, instant confirmation for the client, and clean, reliable data in our system. Why it matters: • Webhooks push events in real time, no waiting or polling • We’ve built idempotency and security into the webhook handler to avoid duplicates or missed events • The client gets an immediate confirmation email, and we get accurate, automated records Automation isn’t about replacing humans, it’s about freeing them.
