HAS ANYONE WONDERED TACKLING PROBLEM OF REELS ADDICTION I understand many people's careers depend on the reel economy but what about people who use their free time , work time, poop time , lunch time to watch reels. Yes! There is a growing group of people who cannot stop themselves from watching reels. Their addiction can be related to alcoholics , this destroys their mental health. I know people who have tried to control this addiction by using Google Digital well being app to control the time spent on such apps like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook. However, they tend to increase their time and want to see 5, 10 minutes more that increases to one hour. As a community, we need to develop some solution which will move our attention from these apps. Probably the phone to a device where we can just hear people or influencers speak rather than spend time watching them and in turn gather communities which meet on an occasional basis to have human interaction which can be more beneficial .

I have a couple of ideas for startup i used to think about it , park them back of my mind like save it for later and move on watching reels cuz i was an addict.I struggled a lot to avoit it but failed everytime , but now it's been over a month i don't even get a thought about it. How ? i started working on my ideas , researching on different platforms and trying to design prototypes , i feel deaddicted.

I also have an idea , why not invent or produce a device like an fm , where influencers would speak about issues and topics and also held offline sessions to see their followers interact with them. I'm sure this will move the audience from instagram or facebook. It's not easy but it can be a direction to a healthy world and the birth of a new platform.
