Our journey with Aaalsee – honest share, need your advice! July 2022 me Aaalsee shuru kiya tha – idea simple tha: maid/cook ka daily drama khatam, bachelors & couples ko affordable subscription-based daily ghar ka khana. Bootstrapped pilot bhi kiya: ✅ 300+ paying customers ✅ 50+ local cooks onboarded ✅ ₹2.8 lakh peak monthly revenue But phir do bade challenges hue: 1️⃣ Ek non-operator co-founder add kiya (sirf optics ke liye) → conflict, misalignment 2️⃣ March 2023 me deal crack hui thi, par advisor ko serious health issue (cancer) aa gaya → funding stuck ho gayi Iss wajah se operations band karne pade – but vision & fight nahi ruki. Uske baad bhi part-time job ki, team ko connect me rakha, pilot data & learnings ko refine kiya. Ab soch rahe hain lean relaunch – operator-only team, single cluster focus, subscription-only model. Need guidance: Kya past pilot data (300+ customers, ₹2.8L revenue) use karke angel/VC pre-seed raise kar sakte hain? Non-operator co-founder ko remove karke pitch clean banana kya help karega?
