Tech Mahindra is Making a Quiet Comeback in the IT World While big IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, and TCS are facing slow growth and deal delays Tech Mahindra has shown better performance recently. Here is what helped them 1. Good business in banks and telecom these two areas are Tech Mahindra’s strength and they are getting more work here especially in 5G and cloud services. 2. More deals coming in while others are waiting for clients to take decisions Tech Mahindra managed to close more deals this time. 3. Better profit margins they have worked on cutting costs and using their team better which helped them make more profit. 4. Low expectations high results since the company was not doing great earlier no one expected much but the new CEO has brought in a fresh plan and it’s starting to show results. Mohit Joshi who earlier worked at Infosys is now leading the company and focusing on better quality work and smarter operations. What we can learn from this Sometimes quiet and steady work brings better results than hype tech Mahindra is a good example that even companies that were behind can bounce back if the strategy is right and the timing works. Not every valuable business is a new startup sometimes an old company with a new plan can win big too.
