Dear Medial Team, I am writing to escalate an issue I have been facing for the past 20 days regarding your Startup Showcase feature. I have submitted my startup idea multiple times using both the mobile (iOS) version and PC (Windows Web) version, but my submissions are consistently not getting published. Despite holding a Premium Plus plan, I am experiencing the same issue repeatedly, which is not only wasting my valuable time but also my money. This ongoing technical problem has been extremely frustrating, especially when there is no clarity or resolution provided. Additionally, I have noticed a discrepancy between the web and mobile platforms: On Windows Web version, I can clearly see structured sections like Problem, Solution, Revenue Model during submission. On Mobile (iOS), these sections are completely missing, making the process inconsistent and confusing. This inconsistency is affecting the user experience and causing inconvenience to early-stage entrepreneurs like me who rely on your platform for visibility. Please take this issue seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to not recommend Medial to my peers and community members, as it directly impacts our ability to showcase our ventures effectively. I request immediate action on: Fixing the technical glitch with the Showcase publishing feature. Clarifying why submissions are not being approved or visible after multiple attempts. Addressing the platform inconsistency between mobile and web versions. Kindly confirm receipt of this escalation and provide a resolution timeline.
