Yeah you can but it's tough. Depending on what your idea/product is, you can use different apps to create your MVP but it's surely hard to create one solely by using Chatgpt.

Then it's tough for ai to build a working mvp without writing any codes (I assume you want it to be no code). Still you can use sites like Lovable to create a very basic MVP which just gives an idea about your product. Making a completely working mvp is still tough specially for a Fintech startup.
