2/2 There have been numerous cases of corporate espionage even whilst having 'everything on paper!' There have been cases of starting up with the best of the industry's people and still failing. There was a group of Noble Laureates who started up, but where do they end up being? So what's to stop something that's deemed to happen? But calling out this very thing, starting up with your friends as "the" biggest risk! Well that doesn't roll well sir!
