it already happens in India.... employees work for 11-13 hrs when Deadline has to be meet...nd you are saying founders will be jailed... the salary nd perks they are getting, employees will happily do this but in India employees get the 'mazdoori' instead of salaries nd still we do that

11-13 hrs doesn't mean productivity.. yes salaries are low, but i have seen good salaried employees also take zero ownership.. on the other hand, there are good doer employees who take ownership but they are overburdened and manipulated by office politics.. it's a complex ecosystem
