Bangalore, on the other hand, still grapples with immense growth challenges like traffic, which eats into personal time and sometimes a work culture that values presence or perceived effort more. It's a tough grind for many there, and that "pretending to work" can be a real thing when long hours are normalized, but productivity might not be the actual driver.
