Suggestion : For this particular Idea for building a MVP you don't need funding if am not wrong, so my suggestion would be build a MVP then start to look for funds. Just look for a co-founder for now and make it possible with a minimal basic version out soon and then seek funding.

True, BUT pre-seed funding would help me to establish early stage setups..create a team..and prove MVP.. getting a Tech founder seems not easy 😕 thus a basic product itself is needed.
