🤔 This is a very important issue. Complicated compliance and bureaucratic red tape are a major reason. 😫 However, apart from this, many people also go abroad in search of better opportunities 💼, higher pay 💰, a good quality of life ✨, and advanced healthcare and education 🎓. If we want to stop people from leaving, just simplifying the paperwork won't be enough. 📝 We will have to create global-level jobs 👩‍💻, research facilities 🔬, and an environment right here in India where merit and innovation are truly respected. 🏆 When opportunities like those abroad are available here as well, hardly anyone will think of leaving. 🇮🇳❤️
