I was stuck in a situation in my collage canteen shop is not open so I tell my long distance brother to open it with me but he also join someone who can invest 1lk in shop I don't have my amout to do but have 15k to invest and I ask him to give some about of equity so he tell me how much put money is not a big deal because his friend invest 1lk . now what should i do this is correct?? I tell him to do, I talk to my dean, HOD to open shop for me.. really I don't deserve any amount of equity? please show me correct path what should I have to do
