🚨 Privacy Alert for Android Users Starting July 7, 2025, Google's Gemini AI assistant can access your WhatsApp, Messages, Phone, and Utilities apps - EVEN if you've disabled Gemini App Activity. This means Gemini might read your chats and store data for up to 72 hours by default. You don't have to accept this default setting. Here's how to disable it: Open the Gemini app. Tap your Profile Icon (top-right) 👤 Go to 'Apps' Toggle OFF access for every app you want to keep private (especially WhatsApp, Messages, etc.) ✅ Convenience should not come at the cost of our privacy without our explicit consent.
