I’m building a skincare brand not a side hustle. One that understands CAC, retention cohorts, product market resonance and the emotional architecture behind consumer loyalty. The AI boom is real but markets don’t grow in one direction. In fact, beauty and skincare have one of the highest repeat purchase rates, the deepest emotional engagement on rupee spent and an unmatched lifetime value when the foundation is set. Bootstrapping can be wise. But so is knowing when pre seed capital is not just funding it's fuel. Fuel for R&D, for identity, for cracking distribution at scale. Not for "making and selling." For building and scaling. I’m not selling lip balms and skincare products. I’m crafting a category play.
