1. A product has to benefit 3 people in a start-up to succeed: 1 Customer 2 Investors/ Team 3 Founders If any of one category feels off then it's done. - My own opinion 2. Founders need to hire & Use talent instead of thinking they can do everything alone. Because there are people who are better than us in so many works. - Jack Ma Advice 3. The most important quality in a founder is resilience. Because Founders often feel lost when users show different behaviour than they expected. - YC Advice 4. Vision and Monetization are top in a start-up. Every Investor must look into this. Because these are the iron pillars for startups to stay in the market for the long term. Without these 2 pillars the startup will fail. There are other reasons as well but I think these are the top reasons for a startup failure.

As a 1st time founder I made this mistake. choosing the WRONG partners!. you need to have -> 1- marketer 2- sales man 3- operations 4- networker these 4 pillars are most important for any Business , And one more your team as to have atleast one
