Today someone took my number and called me. His question was very simple he said I have around ₹1.5 lakh in capital, but still I only earn ₹500 to ₹1000 a month in returns. Why is that? When I checked his portfolio, I noticed something straight away even though his capital is ₹1.5 lakh his actual investment in any month has never crossed ₹30,000. I’ve talked about this before always calculate your returns based on how much you are actually investing, not on your total capital. It’s possible that your bank balance shows ₹1.5 lakh but if only ₹30k is actually being used then making ₹1000 in a month on ₹30k is not bad at all, honestly. And there’s one more thing many people forget risk. See getting money into the market isn’t the hard part. But learning how to take risk that’s where people struggle. And no I’m not saying go all-in on one trade. But sometimes taking smart calculated risks is important too. Anyway I won’t give a summary here understand it however you want. Just keep this in mind that’s all.
