Hi everyone, I want to convert my startup idea into reality and obviously for it I need a great team but I don't have any friends any relatives even I don't have any network in my life. How can I find and create a great team? Plz guide

In medial there is a overflow of content tbh ! people are just posting and users are not even interacting to that posts even tho there are continuous feed junk. which is not even much useful for mass audience. this issue should need to be solved. I
