A few days ago, I had the privilege of connecting with Sanjay Katkar the co-founder of Quick Heal one of Indiaโs original cyber security pioneers. We spoke about something close to my heart: How India can shift from being a service economy to becoming a true product powerhouse. It wasnโt a pitch. It wasnโt transactional. It was a real, meaningful conversation founder to founder. And hereโs what it reminded me of: Too many early-stage founders build quietly, in stealth, behind the scenesโฆ โฆwaiting for the perfect version of their product, โฆwaiting for a โbig break,โ โฆwaiting for someone to notice them. But hereโs the truth: If you donโt show up for what youโre building no one else will. As a founder at 360 KAVACH, weโre on a mission to reimagine cyber protection and insurance for the Indian market something thatโs never been done at this scale before. But none of that happens in isolation. Hereโs what changed when I started strategically connecting with industry leaders: โข I stopped looking at big names as โout of reachโ โข I started approaching with curiosity, not just a pitch โข I learned more from 30 minutes of honest discussion than 3 months of scrolling through startup blogs โข I got doors opened that I didnโt even know existed If youโre building something important -talk about it. If you admire someoneโs journey - reach out. If you get the opportunity to meet them - be real. Founders donโt just build companies. We build networks. We build trust. We build energy around a vision. So hereโs my message to every founder out there sitting quietly on something powerful: ๐ Show up ๐ Speak up ๐ Stop hiding behind โperfectโ ๐ Start connecting with intention The right conversation at the right time can change everything. This is your sign to stop playing small. Youโre not here to just build a product. Youโre here to build a movement. Letโs make India a product nation. And letโs do it together. โป๏ธ Repost this to inspire one early-stage founder in your network who needs to hear it. Been through something similar or trying to break into your space?
