Just Finished Reading Atomic Habits , So here are 4 ways to change your behaviour. i) Make it obvious : Make your Habit ( the new one you want to add ) extremely obvious, ex : if you trying to go to the gym , say : I Go to the gym daily to your Self, friends. ii) Make it attractive: Imagine your dream body, Imagine people's reaction when you achieve that. Follow influencers that have your Dream body. iii) Make it easy : Human brain hates friction, so the easier it is to go to the gym the better it is. iv) Make it satisfying: So whenever You Feel the urge to eat junk food , create a saving named : Massage/ whey protein. so Everytime when you skip the junk food add the money to the savings ( it will make you feel satisfied)
