i get what you're saying, and i partially agree too. it really depends on what kind of app you’re building. for us, the apps we were working on were pretty simple — nothing too heavy or logic-intensive — so web-based solutions worked just as smoothly as native ones. but yeah, if you’re building something more complex with advanced functionality, then going native definitely makes more sense.
