I am not an entrepreneur perse but love to observe things from the sidelines. From What I observed over years , the major reason for the burnout in many of the startups is trying to evade what the reality throws onto them . A prior well planning about most of the things, a clear road plan, an extensive list of road blocks that may come ahead and possible solutions to them can actually help them more than what they think. Less surprises lead to more productive work.. When a founder jumps their gun immediately he cracked a good business idea and thinks we can manage things on the way , that's what keep them awake the whole night and think of every simple obstacle . Either they can outsource everything from the first day and keep a bird's eye view to be the problem solved at every juncture or if they are working with a lean team, then he should keep his mind and options open and make a prior notes of what can come ahead way before he earns the first rupee as revenue.
