Start by figuring out what excites you. Something that means a lot to you personally in the tech space and brainstorm ideas with ChatGPT and remember to log it. Start mapping your action plan focusing on free courses from the Internet and lay it out on Trello. As you learn and build your project, document EVERYTHING (what you learned and why you learned it, what challenge in your project made you learn a new skill/SW), and put it into a GitHub repo. Complete the project while updating the repo and your project management board. Next comes the hard part, start communicating with people. Small talk, with parents, friends, maybe send a message and have a conversation with like minded people and practice speaking as if you're giving interviews because no matter how smart you are, without the ability to present ideas, it will remain as ideas!
