Use namecheap for domain for the first year. You can get .xyz for around Rs 250 and some low level domains even under Rs 100 for first year. Later when it's about to expire move it to cloudflare. Also you can host for free using Cloudflare pages and it now supports dynamic sites with any js framework. Vercle or netlify can also be used but cloudflare is a lot cheaper and better.
