you are doing great guys but ig i have seen this kind of concept earlier, i don't remember the name but in near 2023 i'hv seen a platform which was enabling to onboard, upload your menu and platform was working as aggregator with tie-up to courier services like Dunzo, etc. as customer has to pay sm minimum deliver fee, 5% flat platform commission and rest on seller so i guess you might need to improve it but best of luck

This is exactly how Indian commerce should evolve - empowering local entrepreneurs instead of creating monopolies. The mom-cooks and kirana store model makes perfect sense for tier 2/3 cities where relationships matter more than 10-minute delivery. WhatsApp-first is brilliant for targeting the right demographic.

The "no funding" approach sounds noble but it's naive. How do you handle customer acquisition, tech development, quality control, and compliance without capital? Meesho works for products, but food is perishable and needs cold chain. Your 20% margin won't cover insurance, tech costs, and support. This model might work for 100 orders/day, not 100,000.

How do you handle the cold start problem? Need both supply (chefs/stores) and demand (customers) simultaneously.

50% profit to home chefs is unsustainable. Food delivery has thin margins for a reason - logistics costs are brutal. Zomato/Swiggy take 20-30% commission and still struggle with profitability. How is 20% platform margin realistic?
