Just Do It? • 7m

I’ve been coming across startups like Avika that are using VR for therapy here in India — and honestly, I find it really interesting but also have a ton of questions. Is anyone here familiar with how this actually works in real clinical settings? Have you or anyone you know tried anything VR-based for mental health, rehab, or even pain management? Would love to know: Does it actually help? Are patients open to it, or does it feel too “techy”? And realistically, can this scale in Indian healthcare? Just curious what the general vibe is from folks on the ground. Open to all thoughts — good, bad, skeptical, excited, whatever!
