Most Indian “AI startups” aren’t building AI. They’re just wrapping OpenAI’s API in a fancy UI and calling it innovation. No original models. No training. No infra. Just prompt hacks + React + PR. They claim “India’s GPT” but collapse without U.S. APIs. This isn’t AI — it’s API reselling with buzzwords. Real AI needs math, models, and systems — not just decks and demos. Stop calling wrappers innovation. Start calling out the illusion.
