heyy everyone...!! i recently talked to my friend he's trying to build a unicorn company in 2 years but he's stuck at the idea stage he's not able to find the perfect idea can anyone help what he should do to get out of this? he has hell of a lot of ideas but I can't pick one he thinks in all ways like what if it doesn't work what if it doesn't grow much etc etc... has anyone felt the same or have any suggestions on what he must do before he starts or to find ideas kind of checklists or structure

Hey, here’s the honest truth, Your problem isn’t a lack of ideas, it’s fear of choosing one and starting You’re overthinking every angle, hoping for the perfect idea that guarantees success. That never exists Unicorns come from action, not just thinking. Pick one idea that solves a real problem, test it with real people, build something small, and learn No one knows if it’ll work until you do it. Stop planning forever, start doing Clarity comes after action, not before Start small, move fast, and adjust on the way. That’s how you find winners
