The main core reason of Pharmeasy failure was there economic units was a failure. They gave a medicines at 20% discount in the beginning where margin of drugs are almost capped at 15-20%. That was the main mistake of their team. Not every VC are same like you mentioned, but i believe most of Indian VC's are. It's high time for India to get LLC business structure
