I lost at "Most of the prospects were not having right budget", when you are starting something build it even for lowest you can and get a valuable feedback. Feedback matters more than cash sometimes in business at the early stage atleast. You are video editor and started recently so focus on gaining clients, build client base first. You can charge them later too if you know the way. " You should be a mackerel first then be a salmon, don't try to be salmon first" Mackerel tastes the best yet cheap. Salmon tastes bland yet expensive. If not both there are plenty of fishes in the sea.
