thanks for the sayings, But there's still something to clarify. Its not about wanting help of people etc. its all about fund, Both Angels & VCs give funds,They only do that,They don't any extra benefit for you interms of providing people etc.

okh I'm sorry maybe i don't have the knowledge about it, so in my perspective now, from where you get investment just get it because both are giving funds.
