okh,it's about direct and indirect investment, If you want any people for help,etc in your startup you can choose angel , and if you just want the fund so the VCs are best option for you,maybe! & thanks for the explanation it's easy to understand sai

thanks for the sayings, But there's still something to clarify. Its not about wanting help of people etc. its all about fund, Both Angels & VCs give funds,They only do that,They don't any extra benefit for you interms of providing people etc.
