Yea you just need paypal account for accepting it. Even i noticed recently, i tried to create PayPal account not once or twice but thrice had a bad experience everytime I create my account used to get temporarily suspended by saying some random reason ๐Ÿซ

So I was wrong. You can accept international payments from your Individual razorpay / cashfree account, no need for GSTIN or any company details. You just have to connect your PayPal account with your payment gateway.
