Microsoft says — “We already have full access to your tech until AGI. Why change?” 3. Then OpenAI buys 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟, a rival to GitHub Copilot (which Microsoft owns). 4. Sam Altman calls China’s DeepSeek too “state-controlled” — while Microsoft is slowly becoming the same for OpenAI. 5. Meta & Google try to steal OpenAI researchers. Fail. 6. Zuck and Sam are now in a cold war for top AI talent. 7. Meanwhile — OpenAI is winning the public. Anthropic is winning with coders. Google still leads in AI infrastructure. 8. Microsoft just wants peace and the original 2023 deal. 9. But OpenAI keeps changing the game as it plays. TL;DR — OpenAI’s brand is flying. Its backend? Total chaos.
