i see a flaw... 2 big flaws 1) user's should actually be free, they are your real source of income. no users=no premium listing only posts/ads . property/ service should be paid more users=more premium pricing 2) you need to charge per post for certain period of time(a property once rented becomes rented for a long time) monthly model not suitable.
