It’s not about just handing over a packet it’s about showing up with a smile, remembering their name, asking how their kid is doing. That’s what builds trust. So no, I won’t do it alone. But yes — I’ll make sure every delivery partner understands that in these towns, trust is the product. And that’s something we’re building into the culture from Day 1. 💯
