VS Code extension makes most sense for developers, but Chrome extension would catch usage from non-technical teams too. Maybe start with VS Code for better integration, then expand?

Great point. What we're more targeted towards are AI tools that provide usage credits to their users. Since most of them are deployed as webapps, we thought a browser extension might be a good idea. VS Code extension definitely helps during dev to test and estimate usage cost, but can we track analytics for a deployed production version of a software in real time through it?
