Attempting to install them is a guaranteed path to frustration and, ultimately, depression. Give it a try! 3 - Play Games on Linux AND Program (Low-Level) on Windows To truly master the art of developer depression, combine these two methods: First, tackle the NVIDIA driver installation on Linux (as mentioned in point two). Then, for an extra layer of misery, do all your low-level programming (C, Assembly, C++) on a Windows machine. The cognitive dissonance alone will be enough to push you over the edge.
