what I have in my mind is I just keep some percentage discount to that product if user asks in that percentage discount he will get that or else after 3 trials It will say this is the final price I can offer, then it's on to user more than anything I build new user experience

okay. that's good but have you thought about the customer acquisition cost and strategies. Because Nowadays investors are not showing interest in D2C or e-commerce investment because of high burn rate and very high competition in the market. only build it if you have the runway and strategies for at least start generating revenue by investing your own capital.
