It's true. But it's not possible in India, right now. Japan has such rules because japanese, after World War II, became so much serious and dedicated to their country that the don't even spend much time with their family, they bath in night (so that their daytime don't get wasted) and because of such activities even japanese population started decreasing. And in India, people don't need to be asked to take a leave, they take it themselves. 😂
