Yeah, you're right it’s useful for staying updated , but it really breaks deep focus sometimes. That part still bugs me, even though the rest is helpful.

Nah, It's you who can't control your mind. I'm using Medial for so long I be active daily here to maintain my streak and to see latest updates, but my daily time span is 4-7 mins I think if u can control your mind, then it's not a problem
