Yes, agreed! There are definitely operational challenges like availability of ambulances, driver training, coordination with hospitals, and maintaining hygiene standards. But that’s exactly where tech-driven solutions can fill the gap — by making the system transparent, reliable, and efficient like Ola or Uber did for cabs. The existing players may not be innovating fast enough, and that’s the opportunity.
